The agent must submit the eXp Realty Join Application in order to start their Onboarding process.

The Onboarding Analyst will assess the agent's name and license number via the state commission website, ensuring the validity of the license.
The Onboarding Analyst will reach out to the State Broker Team to gather additional details concerning your licensing status and potential transfer eligibility.
The Onboarding Analyst will review the agent's finalized Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and will reach out to the agent for any necessary revisions. All communication regarding revisions will originate from the email address onboarding@exprealty.net. Correspondence containing paperwork for revisions will be sent from the email address revisions@exprealty.net.
Depending on the agent's status, the State Broker Team will reach out to provide the agent with specific guidance regarding the subsequent stages of the license transfer procedure. Upon successful affiliation of the agent's license with eXp Realty, they will proceed to the final stage of Onboarding.
The Onboarding Analyst will thoroughly examine the agent's Join Application to enable their activation within our system. Following the successful conversion to active status in our internal system, Enterprise, the agent will be automatically sent a Welcome Email.
Your real estate license and eXp application will be reviewed by the Agent Onboarding Team then passed along to your State/Provincial Administrative Broker. (Typical Time 1-2 Days)
Once the Agent Onboarding team has reviewed your application and license, you will receive an Independent Contractor Agreement via HelloSign. It is critical that you are looking for this document in your email, including checking your Spam Folder. Once you receive this document, please take your time to fully complete this document accurately. Any incomplete or inaccurate ICA information may hold-up your onboarding process. (Typical Time 1-2 Days)
After you complete your ICA and joining paperwork, you must complete a license transfer request. This can be found on your state’s or province’s real estate website. In conjunction with the license transfer request and all of your paperwork, the eXp Administrative broker will approve your transfer.
